Hi, I’m Elizabeth
I help women get unstuck by processing through what’s tough and equipping them with tools to move forward.
I have my License in Marriage and Family Therapy in both New York and Texas. I specialize in working with teens and women experiencing issues with relational stress, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, body image, family issues, and life transitions. I am about to finish my Level 1 Certification in Internal Family Systems and have received training in Emotion-Focused Therapy. I use both of these modalities along with Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide my practice.
Whether you’re new to therapy or have gone most of your life, I’m here to help you figure out what you need to move forward and live a life that aligns with what matters to you.
