I’m Elizabeth, a licensed marriage and family therapist located in New York City.

My passion for helping women and teens developed as I began working in the modeling industry when I was 15. Through a decade of working in the industry, I saw how having a life that looks "perfect" on the outside can create a belief that "we're not allowed" to ask for help. 

But here’s the deal, shame doesn’t get the last word. You don't have to do this alone, and it doesn't always have to be this way.
